Sun Automation Group created the “Parts forWARD Machines” program to offer our customers an alternative source for quality, reasonably priced parts. Our philosophy of total customer service includes a commitment to have the parts you need on the shelf for immediate delivery. We currently have $1.5 million in stock. Let us be your stock room, saving you the expense of inventory management and taxes! We also honor special requests to stock the specific parts you require, and requests to develop engineering improvements in your parts.
Our replacement parts are accurately designed for improved reliability and ease of installation, keeping your machine downtime to an absolute minimum. The same knowledgeable engineering staff that designed our high performance retrofits for Ward machines are using their extensive experience to incorporate improvements in our parts. Our lead feed belts and carbon buttons are two good examples. In some cases, improving a single part doesn’t solve the problem, so we designed complete assemblies, such as our differential register upgrade and our slotter/scorer head package. Like all of our parts, our assemblies are guaranteed for proper fit and function. Installation is also available.
Offering parts and service for Ward machines is a natural extension of our reNEW program product line, and has been requested by our customers.
