Labor charges are billed in U.S. dollars at the rates in effect at the time the work is performed. Travel Hours:
All hours except holiday $ 95.00 / hour
U.S. holidays $142.50 / hour
All hours except holiday $110.00 / hour
U.S. holidays $165.00 / hour
Monday through Friday
First 8 hours $110.00 / hour
9 – 12 hours $165.00 / hour
All hours $165.00 / hour
Sundays and U.S. holidays
All hours $220.00 / hour
Travel and living Expenses:
Invoiced at cost
Meals billed at U.S. federal per diem rates
For safety reasons, employees are limited to a maximum of 12 hours worked per day.
When travel to, and work at a customer’s site occur on the same day, total combined hours may
not exceed 12.
If the technician works any part of a day, leaves the plant, and is required to return to work without having a break of at least 8 hours, his time will continue to accrue and will be billed at the appropriate rate based on the total number of hours worked.
Customer will be billed a minimum of 8 hours per day. If the technician must stay in the area but is unable to work, customer will be charged for layover time up to 8 hours per day. If both work hours and layover hours are incurred on the same day, no more than 8 hours total will be billed.
Customer is responsible for all travel and living expenses to and from their location as well as any charges incurred while the technician is working on site.
The rates and terms as listed are subject to change without advance notice. Rates do not include any state or local sales or use taxes.
Expense receipts will be furnished at a cost of $150.00 per request.
